Taster Sessions

These group sessions provide an introduction to the theory and practice of Mindfulness

During the 75 minute session we explore
  • What is Mindfulness?
  • The psychology and neuroscience of Mindfulness.
  • How to practice Mindfulness. A gentle introduction.
  • Mindfulness and Stress. How does Mindfulness help?
  • Next steps.
The session is an opportunity to experience the elements of Mindfulness and to find out whether the Eight Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course might benefit you now.
