At Mindful Here and Now, I believe that wellness is the key to a happy and healthy way of life. I have found that mindfulness can help with several different emotional and physical concerns that people face in everyday life. At Mindful Here and Now, I believe that wellness is the key to a happy and healthy way of life. I have found that mindfulness can help with several different emotional and physical concerns that people face in everyday life. My passion for mindfulness comes from experiencing the benefits of mindfulness within myself. I have a passion for teaching mindfulness and how it can enrich your life. I have received my certification of completion in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I also have my mindful self-compassion (MSC) certificate of completion from the Center Of Mindful Self-Compassion. Mindful self- compassion has also been a big part of my journey and that is a practice that has taught me to be an inner ally and friend to myself. There are many different ways to practice mindfulness and I am on a journey to discover them for myself and bring the teachings to you.
We offer In-person mindfulness sessions and retreats as well as one-on-one and group sessions on Zoom. These sessions will teach you a variety of mindfulness practices. The practices can include The body scan, silent meditations, self-compaction meditations, self-guided meditations, gentle movements, nature walks, and much more. My goal is to help adults and adolescents achieve their wellness goals by learning to be present in their mind and body sensations.
